She/Her

Bio

Over the past decade, I’ve led and supported a wide range of youth programmes across London, collaborating with grassroots organisations, local government, and national charities. My experience spans programme design and delivery, capacity building, impact measurement, and cross-sector partnerships. These have always been grounded in equity, care, and community-led change.

I’ve designed and managed initiatives that champion the strengths of underserved young people, supported teams through growth and transition, and secured major funding to scale meaningful, mission-driven work. I care deeply about investing in those who support young people and am committed to building sustainable, values-led programmes that centre lived experience and youth voice.

In my spare time, I love cooking and exploring new restaurants, staying active by watching and umpiring netball, prioritising self-care, and cherishing meaningful moments with family and friends.

WHAT MAKES YOU ANGRY?

When underrepresented communities are expected to do the heavy lifting without resources, recognition, or rest.

WHAT MAKES ME HOPEFUL?

Young people who refuse to shrink themselves to fit into broken systems, and those who support them to thrive regardless.
